What Is Properla RENOTEC?
Properla RENOTEC is a professional-grade roof coating system manufactured in the UK. It uses advanced nano-technology to create a super hydrophobic (water-repelling) barrier on your roof tiles.
Unlike cheap roof paints that simply sit on the surface, RENOTEC bonds to the tile at a molecular level, creating a durable, breathable, and self-cleaning finish.
How Does It Work?
The science behind RENOTEC is fascinating:
1. Nano-Technology Bonding
The coating contains microscopic particles that penetrate into the pores of the roof tile. This creates a bond that's far stronger than surface-level paint, which is why it lasts so much longer.
2. Super Hydrophobic Properties
Once applied, the coating causes water to bead up and roll off the surface — taking dirt, moss spores, and algae with it. This is known as the lotus effect, named after the lotus leaf which naturally repels water.
3. UV Resistance
